New Watch.

Saw one, bought one, smashed it! It didn't like water or rocks - especially at the same time :D

I did the same actually, the modern rubber coated ones are nothing like the old ones, which are much stronger.

On a related note, I caught a wall with my Citizen Eco-Drive the other week, dead annoyed, I felt it scrape too, lots of little scratches and chipped glass. :(

Check the web and other unmentionable sites under watch restore kits mate - dead annoying isn't it

I know Bell & Ross make good watches, but the name and logo design makes them look like a company who makes fridges and freezers :o

Or is that just me......

What do you expect a watch brand logo's lettering to look like?

Something like this?:

:D:eek:

why who are you ? and why say that ? looking for an internet fight ?:D the post is full of opinions on what looks like a nice watch and I have added my opinion amongst others if you have a problem with that be my guest

OOooh i missed this!

I'm DampCat. It says to the left of this post. I wrote that because all you did was post a picture, you didn't mention any kind of opinion. I found that funy and mused on your "input". Yes, i'd love an internet fight. Shall i start? I cyber punch you in the face so hard that you die. I win.
If im your guest to having a problem then why did you retort? very odd thing to do :/

I cant really see how the BR-03 is any good as a dive watch. How would you time a dive or any stronger when smashed against a rock.

I dont really like B+R I supose it is because i dont get what they are about.

I would'nt want a £2000+ watch anywhere near jagged rocks thanks

Are you aware that the watch you have purchased is not suitable as a diving watch.
10 ATM/100 metres water resistance is only suitable for swimming.
If It leaks on a dive,I doubt They would honour the warranty.

Unless you mean pool diving, but even then they could argue that it is not rated for that.
I would ring them up and ask them what the score is.

Hi mate - yeah fully aware - just sick of buying cheapish watches and getting through 3 or 4 a year :D wanted something a bit more robust generally and a bit different. It won't be used for diving but will for everything else.

I use this as my dive watch:

Got it from a mate currently serving. Water Proof 300M/ 998Ft. Navy/ Marines/ SBS issue apparently.

Always liked the BR-01 Series from Bell & Ross so I thought I'd treat myself :D

When it comes to diver's watches, believe me, bell and ross know what they are on about....11,000M anyone?:
