Wow that's a big task to take on as a new person but, hey ho if your gonna do it, do it big eh ? :)

Thou I understand what you are asking a look of water cooling is about size (Do I have the space? will that fit in my case?)
and then it breaks down into quality and style (Does that look good? would it in white look better?)

It is very very hard to pick out for someone else what looks good, and even harder to tell someone what will fit in their case.

I have actually been told "Watercool this for me"
Gone away, sorted it all, done what I considered an excellent professional job but then been told "Oh it doesn't look like what I wanted it to look"

Its about what YOU think.

For a start we need to know what case you currently have, dual loops in small cases is extremely hard.

what other hardware do you have? I realise you are buying 1080's which as yet don't have Waterblocks made etc. but you can at least start to "Plan" how you want it to look

Give us more info :)

This is your current set up I take it?

You have a lot of options as its a good case to work with.

I'd suggest a 360 in the roof for the SLI'd GPUs and a 240 in the front for the CPU if you are doing 2 loops. I think this would look interesting when its completed and certainly to build.
Think about the clearance of the armour at the top of the mobo and the radiator depth and fans, I had to use a slim rad in mine in order to have the fans on a push config.

Tube or Bay reservoir? Each will require a pump
Coloured tubing or coloured coolant? Coloured matched to the mobo?

As you are new to watercooling, putting in 2 hardline loops is one hell of an interesting way to start! Can't wait to see pics.
