New Water Cooling Rig opinions

Hey guys, new to posting in the forum itself but have visited the site for years. I'm fairly experience in custom builds but this is the first to have a slightly more complex loop and some structural modification to the case.

To get down to it I'm building a new rig using the recently released Haswell-E processor (5960X) alongside the related new tech. The other key components worth mentioning are going to be (most likely) 2 x GTX 980s. This will all be held within a Rosewill Throne Window Black Case and I had a question about the cooling route and whether the pump sitting a few inches behind a RAD would be a problem.

Now my intention is to cut out almost all the hard drive bays and get a loop something like the below (excuse the obvious elegance of the diagram):

So my questions are essentially as follows:

1. Does the Reservoir have to go directly into the pump or can it go through a Rad first? (As I've always done Res-Pump-System)
2. If so, then does this setup seem fine?
3. Will the pump restrict a substantial amount of airflow from that point or will it be ok (as I've seen a couple builds using a similar setup but had concerns about airflow)
4. The pump being used is an Alphacool VPP655 D5, and I assume this has enough power for this loop correct?

Thank you for your help in this build. I have done my research on the fluids, SP fans, compatibility of parts e.g. metals and reactions etc. so that bit I'm ok on. If you require further details feel free to ask and I will get back to you asap.

Thanks again!

I've wanted this case for a while so that will be staying, reminds me a little of my current NZXT Phantom. However I will indeed be getting a X99 mobo which does indeed fit inside. I enquired about the E-ATX sizes that the case could take and they assured me there is space however the first line of grommets may be covered by a small amount as it actually accommodates space for E-ATX boards up to 14"x12" if you are prepared to lose some grommet holes :)

Are those 240 rads? If you're thinking of overclocking that lot you might want to think about more rad space.

Those new chips run hot when oc'd so you'll want decent cooling and with 2 GTX 980s 480 rad might not be enough.
