Hi,

So over the last few days I have been speaking to people who like the idea of water cooling but are having trouble getting started. So with the feedback from customers on the forums and over the phone I have decided to setup a configurator to try and help with the selection of parts.

The main issue is that we have so many water cooling parts that it can be a little daunting and confusing as to what you actually need to build a full loop.

The configurator has all the main sellers for water cooling listed and you can either use this as a guide or you can select products from the list and add them straight to your basket.

This is a new idea and will not be 100% so I'm open to feedback and if I can sort it I will as we have limitations with our software.

Hopefully this will allow a better experience with regards to embracing the water cooling world.

Looking good and should help boost sales.

Might be worth putting a bit more detail on the types of fittings, even for veteran watercoolers the choice these days is extensive.

Yeah at the moment the fittings and tubing are just for 7/16 as you say there are a lot of sizes so tried to keep it simple for now as this seems to be the most popular size.

I have added the detail in the description box to hopefully make it clear the fittings are 7/16.

I think it would benefit from more description in the text at the bottom for the rad options to explain which fan sizes are needed.

I know it's just basic maths but if for example you said a 240 rad needs 2x120mm fans and the 280 rad needs 2x140mm fans etc that might help people avoid picking incompatible fans.

Good Feedback this has been added to the description and will appear shortly.

Awesome feature, this would've saved me tons of headache when putting my loop together!

Might be an idea to include product descriptions / links to the individual item selected in each option just so people can get to the individual product easier?

Next project OCUK Tech Labs acrylic tubing, reaming tools and bending cord. Each perfectly toleranced for the pro bender.

JR

Do you have a camera behind me :) This will be launched in a few weeks as I am waiting for everything to come into stock and makes sure that this configurator works OK before we have 2.

Unfortunately that is easier said than done. I can add them to the box description at the bottom but the list will be long and people will have to scroll through the links to find the product they choose.

It has been noted and I will look at the best way to do this.
