New WC Loop

Right guys, I'm having a nightmare trying to decide on a decent cost effective loop for my setup. I have a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv MATX case, a 4770K (slightly OC'd) and a R9 Nano. I am looking at a loop to include both the CPU and GPU but for a good price (not too expensive!).

Any gurus here fancy speccing it for me?
