New webcam

As title says, I am after a new webcam - it will generally be used for video conversation over msn.

Have about £20-30 to spend, would rather not go overboard, don't need tacky features, just a good quality, reliable one.

Been looking at this :

Is this a good choice, or does anyone have any other recommendations?

I'm interested is this also cause a few neightbour want to video chat to friends down under and they have asked me to look into webcams.

Thats a good choice, I bought one of the MS cams a few weeks ago so I can web chat with my sis on Oz, and at that price its a bargain.
