New Window in IE Wont Maximize Or Be Sized

Hi folks

Running Win XP Home and when I sometimes click on a link for a new window to open in IE, the window will not display all the data as it is too small. Normally you would just maximize the window or manually size it but the new window in these instances is completley locked and will not be resized.

Does anyone know what may cause this?

Tools->Internet Options->Security->select "Internet" zone->Custom Level->Miscellaneous->"Allow script-initated windows without size or position constraints", Enable. OK->Apply->OK.
