Ok so my question is will the free upgrade work. say I wanted to upgrade my motherboard in future or even if i bought a genuine version given its 1 license.
MS as said the free upgrade can be reinstalled/activated on the same device it was first installed on. so if you upgrade your motherboard that means it's a new device.
you could buy win10 retail which means it's transferable
Thanks buddy I may as well buy a retail too so i can use it on future upgrades.
As much as i love Win7 DX12 going be the future and PC Gamers going be needing that. Cheers again.
