Hi guys,
I'm going to be installing Windows 10 on a new computer tomorrow, the key is attached to my microsoft account which atm has the old computer details.(The old computer died last week, not worth sorting as 9 years old )
Do I just put windows on the new computer and sign into my Microsoft account and then deactivate the previous computer so I transfer the key over? What do I do correctly? Do I go onto the account now and deactivate the previous computer but if I do that do I lose my key? Do I activate the new one first which would then keep my key?
I don't know really what to do ..
