My 3 1/2 year old DG834Gv2 died and I need a new one. I get the impression the latest DG834Gv? is coming to an end from what I see. Over a couple of years I have purchased over 50 of them for clients and they have been excellent.
I am stuck on a 2mb line which I can do nothing about for the next 2+ years so really its the internal wireless/lan speed that are the main priority here.
Is there any suggestions as to what is the people's choice to an adsl router just like it was with the DG834G ?
I hear this DD-WRT firmware talk going around which I must read about and if its a good point to get a router that takes thoses 3rd party firmware updates then I would be interested.
Any suggestions would be great cause I don't want to go out and buy another DG834G when there is something else out there that takes my fancy.
