New Wireless Router Wanted

I am looking to replace my wireless router , my budget is around the £80 mark , trouble is so many on the market

I am looking at these 3 at moment but not sure or is £80 silly money to spend on a wireless router

D-Link 655
D-Link 400
D-Link 635

I have notice some wireless router have usb adapter included , is this a advantage ?

although i feel like choking to suggest a belkin, ive had netgear, linksys which have performed poorly for me, this belkin is the nuts

on it now, it has never failed, dropped out or anything
