Sounds rather painful!

It's a 364 pointer so fingers crossed that the ppd are good.

Fold on team.

for thoses intrested in the 'science' of this stuff see below

http://www.pubmedcentral.nih.gov/picrender.fcgi?artid=1300179&blobtype=pdf

For those that don't here's my paraphrased defernition

Vesicle - a relatively small and enclosed compartment within a cell.
Think very small ballon inside a cell
/-\
\_/
tethered - take that ballon, now pinch the side and pull to form a long hollow projection. Cells or organells (like a vesicle) can get like this for a number of reasons and the state is called tethered.

/-\
\_====| (this end is usually attach to something aka tethered but not always)

These are closely related to the p1495 WUs but someone has said they seem to fold faster giving even better PPD!!!

What you getting so far on it?

Project : 1497
Core : Gromacs

-- OPTY1 --

Min. Time / Frame : 12mn 37s - 415.45 ppd
Avg. Time / Frame : 13mn 32s - 387.31 ppd

Thats on one core of my Opty 165 @ 2.7
Slightly slower than the 1495's :( but still pretty good. :D

Thanks to shadowscotland for the scientific bit. :)

But that's on a Sempron 2300, so it's better than any other wu I've seen on there. (I think the 600 pointers get about 170 ppd on that PC)
