New XP build...HTTP 1.1 settings problem.

We have recently upgraded to XP on our work computers(dont ask why) and are getting internet problems.

Found out that when you tick the HTTP SETTINGS 1.1 and HTTP SETTINGS 1.1 through proxy this works.

Problem is this keeps reseting back to just 1.1 when you exit windows explorer.

Anyone know a fix for this or advice?

More than likely a registry key value.

Can you be more specific where this option you tick is?
