New York Style Date Ideas?

So I’ve been away with work to NYC and whilst I went a special someone couldn’t. So looking to make a date night to make our own NYC trip and fun. Just really random but I am looking for ideas.

Was tempted to ask a new local independent pizza place if we could come make New York style pizzas. Could be a bit of fun.

New York Cheese cake, the name is the give away.

Then I’m stuck of what to do next. Ideas
