Finally got round to processing my photos from that trip, from June 2013. Shot with my now aging D90 + Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 or Sigma 50-150 f/2.8.

a great well balanced set, you've combined some classic views with some different and more interesting stuff I like the processing as well. Love the bats in the park shot classic America and classic central park but not one you see often.

Did that cop say anything to you about taking a photo of him? I've heard various reports of them getting a bit shirty with tourists!

Cop didn't say anything; at the time he was giving directions to someone I think and I was just walking and snapping away. Took a few other photos of cops around that area; no one said anything.

Williamsburg is a haven for amazing grafitti; well worth me roaming the streets despite not looking that particularly appealing as an area. Lonely Planet recommended it and I've never found their recommendaions to let me down.
