New Z97 Mobo Advice

Hi,

Need some advice on a new motherboard, they all look very similar spec wise so not sure what I should go for.

Budget is 100-120
Z97 board
Crossfire support for 2 cards
I've got an i5 4690K to go in and would like to OC this.

Cool,

I'd seen the 5yr warranty and upgrade option on the black edition which is what peaked my interest, I'll get that one ordered.
