No need to bump after 2 hours. Contact OCUK(Presuming you got it from there) via webmail if you want to arrange an RMA. If you just want those parts, it might be worth emailing LianLi, to see if they will send you them.
It's not a vital part. But it is meant to be there, it mentions it on the packaging and in the exploded view of parts inside.
I did consider keeping it but I'm not likly to change such an expensive case when I upgrade.
I was just wondering if anyone else had the fan filter assembly missing or I was just unlucky?

Second case still no fan filter!!
Just open up my second case and this doesn't have the front fan filter either!! I guess a whole batch of them must have the problem. I know its not a big deal but it's these touches that make Lian Li cases nice.
I've tried emailing Lian Li but no responce.
Anyone know where I can get this component (filter cover and filter)???

I bought a black PC-7 from OcUK a couple of weeks back and the fan filter and housing was all present and correct. Re-contact the store you bought it from and explain the problem, they may contact Lian-Li to obtain the parts or try contacting Lian-Li directly. I'd be a bit miffed if I had it missing from mine!
I sent OC a webnote regarding this. I've also emailed Lian Li on thier website. I did a google on this and found that other people had ordered this case and it arrived with no filter assembly No competitor talk please!
Hopefully OC will be able to get hold of the component. I really don't want to send it back again as apart from that it's in excellent condition.
