newbie ATI man asking uninstall question

hi all this is my first ATI card and ive had several issues with the way to go about installing /uninstalling the ATI/CCC drivers
before i used to use driver cleaner pro and unistall the drivers that way and in safe mode, but if i do this with the ATI drivers it uninstalls the NET 2.0/3.0 and when booting up the ccc wont load and i get a error message.
can someone please explain how i sucessfully uninstall ATI drivers without messing up the NET stuff please, or can i just install over previous drivers without any conflicts?

EDIT: can i just do the normal process of uninstalling drivers via the windows uninstall program without using and driver cleaners programs and still keep the NET

Thats all I do ,is uninstall the drivers via windows uninstall program
restart, then install new drivers I hope that helps

just do a normal uninstall via windows uninstall program , forget driver cleaner pro, u shouldn't need to use that anyway really. windows uninstall program should remove everything it needs. with driver cleaner pro it sometimes removes more than it should.
