Newbie building a new rig

Started building my new rig today, and in a few hours of fiddling got all the purchased parts fitted including a corsair h50 hydro series cooler.

My case is a cm690 II and im wondering what to do with the fans, it currently stands like this:

Rear 120mm fan switched to intake through the rad for the H50
Front LED fan kept as intake
Top 120mm fan used as exhaust.

I thought this way with the CPU cooled by the hydro, and the corsair fan bringing cold air through the Rad to the mobo along with the front fan, it would be best to keep the top exhaust to catch the rising heat. Is this right or should i switch all to intake?

My Specs as this may make all the difference are:

GB 880GM-UD2H Mobo
8gb XMS3 Ram
Phenom 2 X6 Processor @ 3.8Ghz
CM HX750 Psu
HD5850 Gpu

Sorry if im talking crap as well, this is all new to me and im a bit worried about ruining it!

Keep the top fan as an exhaust otherwise all the hot air will build up in your case.

It needs to be positive airflow so I would keep it as it is. If the temps are fine the it should be fine
