Measure the front from the top left to the bottom right and compare that to the measurement between the top right and the bottom left.

They should be exactly equal. Looking at that picture they aren't going to be.

If you haven't got a square, use the door (which will be square) to judge when the cabinet is the correct shape.

top hinge looks ok looking at the top of the door, so id say the issue is the bottom hinge. It should have a screw in the hinge that lifts the hinge away from the panel it's mounted to? that's what you need to adjust. Move the bottom hinge away and the door should level out.

Worst case - if after you've checked it for square and it seems ok... just shim the door (only need 1 or 2 mm - and will still be fine with the screws. Just the best fit you can... Invest in some cheapo corner clamps / cramps if you struggle with getting the units square. Are they cam and dowel? Sometimes just loosening off the cam lock and redoing it can bring them back square.. Good luck!

There is always adjustment on IKEA hinges. Need to move the door up, loosen screws that are into unit and move the whole door up, retighten. Need to move the door in closer to the frame, loosen centre hinge screw and adjust. Need to move it up or down and at the corners, adjust grub screw.

my bet would be the cabinet is out, it happens a lot on flatpack and isnt normally that much of an issue

Its actually why its important to follow the instructions properly, they take account of weight etc and most of the time the weight will pull downwards, if you do something standing or on its side etc you can allow gravity to assist in not making it square

I had some ikea kitchen units and the doors are quite large and weighty so they need to be really tightly put together or the units can twist slightly.
Are you connecting to the to the wall? Your better to do that before fitting the doors. If not you may need to reinforce them a little more.

Best bet if its one of them with the metal "twist" connectors, take off the door, put unit on its back, release the pressure from the metal "twist screw things", get it square and then tighten all the metal ones again.

The top can be level but the unit itself can be leaning if that makes sense..

measure 300 mm down the left hand side of cabinet mark with a pencil or masking tape 400mm across the top mark again, if its's square the too points the triangle will measure 500mm.

could be defect though I've got ikea tv cabinet with three glass doors no matter what adjustment i try can never get them perfectly aligned
