I will make the image smaller when I get home as noticed this is a little big.

I’ve got a long way to go but I was pleased with this result. My idea was to not use any flash just get the shutter slow enough with pond lighting in the garden. I don’t know if it worked but I would appreciate comments from anyone. I know the depth of field doesnt seem quite right.
I dont have any macro lenses yet and it was only taken using a cheap 2nd hand Canon 28-80 lens.

Not bad shot, but the lens doesnt all together look that sharp. Nice colours though

perhaps you might want to resize your pic looks a bit big on my screen

I do agree, the lens wasnt brill but to be honest i did have problems getting a good focus point with the poor lighting.
