So I've been building my first pc and everything's been going great. Then I came to the final step of connecting my molex front case fan only to find that there was nowhere left to plug it in, as I had already used all the 3 pin connectors for my Corsair H60 Water cooler. Is there anything I can do? My motherboard is the Asus Maximus iIV Gene-Z and my case is the Coolermaster HAF 912. I have a few 4 pin connectors left but I don't know if I would break anything trying to use that.

Thanks.

... rofl that will be why I can't find it. Ok another problem has come up. Whenever I press the power button the pc starts for about 6 seconds before switching off. It is either the H60 watercooler or the 3 pin connector on the motherboard because when I disconnect it the pc stays on. Any idea why?

You're saying when you disconnect your cooler power cables the PC works? My immediate thought was the CPU overheating but unplugging the rad fans and pump shouldn't solve that.

Can you post a full spec of your build.
