Newbie Overclock question

How safe are the 3090fe memory chips with say a small overclock of 150 on the memory? I have read that they get pretty toasty-although I could be getting confused with the 3080.

I plan on educating myself to use monitoring software, but was wondering if anyone has some stats they could share in the interim.
