Newbie question, overclocking without more volts?

Does overclocking the CPU without increasing volts make a difference to the power drawn from the PSU?

I would say no, though I may be wrong.

Yes, you will, the transistors will be working more, therefore requiring more current to supply them. You dont get anything for free
