I'm building a site for my brother, including a domain name and web hosting. i'm looking at tsohost to get the package from. I was going to write it in html as I was trained in it a few years ago, but after searching on here i think i would be better off using wordpress as my brother will then be able to take the site over and update it himself hopefully
This is where I have problems, as ive never used it. Ive downloaded it but as yet I havent paid for the hosting. so I cant seem to get the program to work, looking at the instructions i have I have to use web space, but id ideally like to be able to have a play around with the programs and get to grips with it and give my brother a few ideas. is there anyway of doing this? does this program get easier to use after the set-up?
