Right now, I'm using a stock cooler on a e4300 at stock volts stock speed stock everything. 
I'm just tinking for now until I get my backplate so I can whack a waterblock on this bad boy. 
Now, I'm stressing it with OCCT, and I'm getting a system temp of 38 deg (according to speedfan), and TAT is showing 55 deg while stressing. It's around 40 while idle.
I'm not running my fans at full speed as I like quietness. Now, is 55 too hot? I can always crank some fans up if I really have to.
