Newbie to OC'ing

Hi guys,

Been pointed here from the "Games" section. I am looking to overclock my CPU, its a Intel Pentium E2180 Dual Core.

Could anyone give me a step-by-step guide on how to overclock this CPU if its different accross the CPU types.

Motherboard is a ASUS P5K SE.
