Newbie to overclocking.

Hi guys i finally got a decent gaming system.

I have got a gigabyte DS3L S3L board.

Pentium dual core E2200 processor i do not know were to begin?

Are their any guides on overclocking?

I updated my bios to the latest one, when i went to the website their were a few but i used the @BIOS that came with the package.

Does the latest bios have all the previous rolled into 1?
