I've tried to google around and youtube around but can't find some blunt answers on VR. If someone could please help me, it'd be much appreciated.

I can either go down the PC or playstation route with VR.

What are the graphics like; say PS VR vs PC VR with a Vive?

Also what are my options for graphics cards?

Is there enough VR support to facilitate buying it at present in your opinions or is it still really too new and for early adopters?

I've heard opinions that Resident Evil VR for example is PHENOMENAL.

PC is the way to go if you have a machine that can handle it.

PSVR is lower resolution, lower refresh rate for most games, and has much worse controller tracking. It's the controller tracking which is the big one, as you have no idea how amazing and immersive properly tracked controllers are until you try them.

PC graphics are normally better than PSVR though many VR games use simple graphics anyway to keep the framerate up.

You can get away with an older graphic cards on an Oculus Rift due to a feature called Asyncronous Time Warp which makes lower framerates more tolerable by interpolating the frames, but a Nvidia 1060 or equivalent or higher is recommended for the best results. Some people have reported they get acceptable performance on a 1050ti with low detail settings.

The main advantage the PSVR has are current exclusives like Resident Evil VR, and Skyrim, though these titles are likely to come to PC at some point.

Vive and Rift both have exclusives that won't appear on PSVR. Rift in particular has some phenominal exclusive games like Robo Recall and Lone Echo, but most Rift and Vive exclusives can be played with mods or tweaking on either headset, though the controls aren't always optimal.

That said PSVR is still a great piece of kit, especially if your PC can't handle VR.

i own both the Vive and PSVR .. the PS has more games imo where I found the Vive has a lot of "unfinished" games

Resi Evil and Skyrim & farpoint were great on the PSVR and a lot of them are sitting down games compared to room scale on the vive

Both have there bonus points and thinks its down to the spec of your PC or your budget :)

If pc can handle the rift get that. Mine arrived today and its amazing. Even works in a small room just got to be more carful. Looks real. Game changer. Should i say main menu changer.
