Howdy,

Now I am a total newbie when it comes to Overclocking, so what the hell is 4-4-4-12 mean, and how do I enter it into my BIOS?

Its Geil 1MB x2 Ram and has the optimum settings on the laser printout. I can't make head nor tale of how to enter these into my BIOS (ASUS P5B Deluxe/WiFI)

I should also set the voltage to 2.1v, but can't find that either!

First thing to do is read the overclocking guide in the overclocking forum, should help you out.

For your board go into the bios and go to AI Tuning, change this to manual.
You will now see voltage settings and also memory timing settings.

The 4-4-4-12 is the timings of your memory.
