Newibe IP question

Hi Guys,

A bit embarrassed to ask this as I should really know this given what I used to do but my mind has gone blank but.... Our ISP is making changes to our connection and have provided us with a new set of details on the letter there are two IP's a Fixed IP X.X.X.X and a Routed IP X.X.X.X/29 I know the /29 denotes how many usable IPs there are but which would go in to the router as and what should I do with the t'other.

Ah sorry no, I know the subnet.

I wanted to know which of these IPs would be used in the ther router. E.g. when you set the router up and you have a fixed IP you can enter that IP in to the router config. I just got confused as to which I need to use seeing as they have provided two IP albeit named differently.
