I built my first PC last week but for the life of me I cannot get any output on the monitor. The monitor and PSU are from my old PC so I know they work, and I tested the GPU in my old PC and that works fine too. I tried the RAM in different slots and tried without them but the problem still persists. I cannot test the CPU as it doesn't fit onto my old PC's motherboard. I sent my motherboard back and they said they fixed the problem by flashing the BIOS and it worked for them, but for me the problem still persists! Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm tearing my hair out at this point.

Specs:
ASUS PRIME B250-Plus
Intel Core i5 7500 3.4GHz
MSI GeForce 1050Ti X Edition
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 16gb
Samsung 850 EVO 250gb SSD
Corsair TX750w PSU

Everything appears to be seated correctly and working fine yes. The fans all spin up, all power cables seem to be in as firmly as they can be and my GPU and motherboards LED designs light up. I cant see any warning LED lights on the board, I'm not even sure it has any. I'm starting to think it may need another BIOS flash. When I returned it they said it needed flashing in order to recognise the Kaby Lake CPU and they tested it with their i5 and it solved the problem. Perhaps I need to do this myself for it to recognise my particular i5?

Yeah I've tried it out of the case with several different setups. No GPU, RAM in different slots, etc. I've decided to take my motherboard suppliers advice and return the CPU, but I'm also returning the board too as I'm going to switch to a Ryzen CPU. Thanks for the help!
