Hi,

I currently use grabit, for all my newsgroup needs, but would like one that I can schedule the downloads in so they can be done in the middle of the night.

Are there any applications that do this out of the box? Oh and free would be cool.

no good free ones I'm afraid, your better shelling out for newsleecher which should do what your after and some more.
