newshosting - server too busy?

been using newsbin pro with newshosting for more than a year, today it's the first time it wont download anything. so i downloaded and installed grabit to see if the problem related to newsbin pro. but grabit wont download anything as well, got connections message saying server too busy

anyone else got that?
