Newshosting slow ?

Never tried "news.us.newshosting.com" before, seems to work considerably better than the default unlimited.newshosting.com or news.newshosting.com
I'm guessing its down to strange routing.

unlimited and news were giving me 8mbit on a 50mbit virgin connection.
news.us. is now giving me 34mbit, so not full speed but massively better than the current default.
Just have to hope the problems get fixed (for reference i used to get 48.9mbit) rock solid.

I'm finding this un-usably slow at the moment. I am trying to establish if it's something wrong with the VM I've got SabNZB and Newshosting installed on or not.

Anyone finding this slow at the moment?
