Depending on your budget and if you game a lot, a Gpu would be my next upgrade with that spec.

Bit vague there bud, depends on budget, what you hope to do with it etc. Im running the same cpu as you and went to a 780 gtx for a nice gfx bump.

I game a lot, nothing that high end. BF3/BF4 and World of Warcraft/Starcraft.
