Well, what time did you order it?
Well, what time did you order it?
Little bit miffed now, whats the cut off time for next day delivery, looks like mine wont make it now till Monday...Ordered yesterday 14.59..
OcUK Website said:4.2 Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)
Online retailers sometimes advertise stock that is actually still in a container at the docks. I had this with a Lian Li case that said 10+ in stock, then failed to come next day despite the order being placed in the morning the previous day. I needed it that day for a customer, so I had to drive 200 miles round rtip to pick one up from a competitor. When the case turned up the following Monday, I rejected it on the doorstep. Any system that lets you pick your delivery date with a price should roll over to the following day whenever the deadline approaches. If it doesn'tt, then they ought to take the feature off the website. Lots of online (r)etailers claim stock in the manufacturers warehouse as available for next day. Some even ship direct from the distributor, but I think it's sad that they are so desperate to get an order that they feel they have to bend the truth, then let customers down.
Guessing you didn't specify Saturday delivery and paid the extra for it?
