Next day delivery not posted?!

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section but the 2 times i have ordered from ocuk they have messed up my delivery date. Correct me if i am wrong but shouldn't next day delivery be on the way by now and not "Printed in our warehouse"? All 3 items are in stock and ordered at 2.15pm. It'd be nice to get an e-mail to say if there was a problem.

Sorry about the rant but i have a £1300 rig still in pieces (been 5 days) and now i might have to wait another day to get a heatsink that might not even fit... :mad:

4.2 Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

I take it nobody from the shop reads these forums?

Then again why would they wonna work outta hours. I wouldnt :rolleyes:
 
I think they maybe really busy lately
The last 3 orders have failed to get here next day.
Last one was 2 Scythe S-FLEX 1200RPM Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3/4 pin fans & they were ordered at 1:30pm.
 
Maybe it might be a good idea to put something on their website. Or on the forum. Just an idea.

Hopefully they'll get here for Friday otherwise it's gonna be a long weekend without my rig. I've even registered my evga motherboard and 8800gts and it's not even fitted together yet. It's temping to throw it all together using the stock hsf...

I'm afraid you will have to ring the shop with any queries, however from what i've heard it's not unheard of for goods to arrive prior to shipping confirmation.

The shop staff do not spend a great deal of time on the forums (too busy;)), and cannot answer order queries on them.
