Appologies for this post but l am just after any help with a graphics card order l placed today. Obviously it is too late to get an answer from Overclockers, but l just wanted to get an idea as to wether l made a mistake in the ordering process.
My understanding when l placed the order at @11am today, was that it would be next day delivery. The price was just under a tenner for delivery and l assumed it would come tomorrow. However, l just received a message from DPD saying that it would come on Monday. Does next day delivery not include Saturday?
Again, apologies for the post, but l have come out for a meal with family and had a 'few' beers when l got this message.
The gpu is a birthday present for my son and we were going to fit and fiddle with it tomorrow.
Thanks for any input.

As Gregster said, I'm afraid, that shiny new piece of tech is coming on Monday. There is another option in the checkout for Saturday delivery, but I'm pretty sure it costs more than the Next Day option does.

Thanks for the responses guys, really appreciate it. I was hoping that wasn't the case but l obviously didn't read properly. I just saw order before such a time for next day delivery. My mistake. Disappointed but only have myself to blame. Just wish it was clearer for idiots like me!

I've made that mistake before too - ordered on Friday and thought next day would be Saturday. Only noticed the "Monday to Friday" and extra option of "Saturday Delivery" next time I ordered something. Still, MarkAG, you've got something nice to look forward to on Monday now. :)

I was doing it at work, so wasn't fully concentrating. It's the RX580 Powercolor Red Dragon in case you were wondering. It was between that and a 1060 6GB. The 1060 was cheaper but my son will be getting a gsync monitor, so it makes more sense I believe.
He's getting my old system from 2009 which l recently upgraded with a Xeon X5560, thanks to a thread on here.

I hope you mean Freesync?

G sync pairs with Nvidia so you will require a freesync monitor instead for your 580.

Well, the card went down in price today, but l managed to cancel my order and place a new one. Actually noticed the delivery options this time and the card should come tomorrow. Can't wait!

Thanks. I'm looking forward to putting in the last piece for my son's build. The only spare card l had for it was an HD4890, which isn't up to much, bless it.
I've really enjoyed updating an older pc. Especially replacing the old cpu with a more capable one. A bargain at £35. It's not far off my own new build!
