Why oh Why is there not a new micro machines game? I mean it was only the greatest racing game of all time.

I have to say the last outing for the tiny cars was a let down to me.

This would be great, especially with the improved physics and online capabilities this generation offers.

Micro machines on live would be great! I remember on PS1 swapping cars with my mates via memory cards!

Never saw the appeal, I'd rather play super sprint or indy heat. At the least they would make excellent XBLA titles.

There's no need for it, they can't really improve on the older games so they may as well not bother trying.

Micro Machines was annoying as hell, the number of times I fell off the breakfast table is shocking.

To a point, I 100% agree, but the older games didn't have the online availability so it could be good.

It is possible, the latest versions of Time Crisis come with things you attach to your LCD TV.

Indy Heat on live would be amazing. Loved that game so much on my Amiga.

The old type of bouncing light off a screen doesn't work due to the fact that LCD's aren't reflective. You can get attachments for the top and bottom of your TV however that sense where you shoot, I'm not sure how well it works though as I've never used it.

Not correct, the emitters still reflect off most LCD screens.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Light_gun will provide more accurate info on how lightguns work.

Completely agree!

I remember when Sirrel Squirrel was round mine and he managed to use the drag car to go around the toilet seat in 5 seconds.

I tried and I tried I just couldnt do it!

That map he made was also impossible lol. Was pitch black apart from the occasional lightning, rainy and windy, and all the corners were right angles with ramps that shot you miles

I'm sure he'll remember it.
