Next-gen mobile GPU’s, more clusters over cores? What’s a cluster?

Can anyone explain to me what clusters are? From what little I have read they just sound like cores but that does not seem right. Apparently PowerVR’s next gen chip which is ment to be x20 faster over current gen is based around lots of clusters over extra traditional cores.

http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/r/Multiformat/PowerVR+Series+6/news.asp?c=39223 This link and the videos from PowerVR all talk about Clusters but unless I missed it never explain what a cluster is.

So far I have not found any real info on what clusters are. How do 4 clusters differ from 4 cores?

I assume it’s something to do with GP compute power over just a graphics core.
