So just watching news and I am confused. How has it been argued that working in warehouse amd working front of sales in a store is similar work? Also what stopped females working warehouse if the pay is greater?
They are different roles so pay different surely? How is it also gender based. Yeah sure there is % more but there are plenty males whom work sales front also.
The whole thing really doesn't make sense from what has been stated.
