I've been doing my current service desk roll for 4+ years now and think it's time to move on shortly but I currently do shift work and am paid an above average wage so moving into a second line roll would usually be a pay drop (unless moving into a senior role) so am looking to do some more home training and get some certifications behind me as I haven't done any for about 10yrs when I got my comptia A+ which got me into the entry level support role.
So this leads me onto what certifications I get, I'm not really sure what I want to move into but have always had an interest in the IT cybersec section (helps that it should pay well) and I find networking easy enough but not sure if I should go for the net+ and then sec+ or if I should get net+ and then ccna or just ccna or look at something else entirely like cloud?
