Next step in the ladder?

just wondering what my next logical step is in my career.

background info

21- currently a IT Technician at a school ( held for 1 year)
do 36 hour a week and a decent pay for what it is.

have a HND in systems support and networking - Merit

MTA exams.
window server admin fundamentals
networking fundamentals
security fundamentals
windows operating system fundamentals ( windows 7)

is it worth going on to uni to do a masters in something or continue with career or what would be logical?

thats not where im 100% id like to be higher in the chain etc. would obv like a house etc.

not sure what to specalise in if do a degree .
