Next Upgrade Help

Hi, in a few weeks I'll be getting some extra moneys and I was planning on getting an upgrade for my computer alas I have come across a first world problem; what to get?
My current build is:

• i5 4670k (which I'm satisfied with)
• Asus Z87-K (which I'm satisfied with)
• Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2048Mb (potential upgrade here)
• 1 x Old Segate Barracuda 1Tb HDD + 1 x Old WD 250Gb HDD (plenty of capacity but maybe a newer one or an SSD?)
• CX 500M (which I'm satisfied with)
• 2 x 4Gb Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600MHz (maybe more or faster RAM)

I can spend about £250 on an upgrade so any advice would be appreciated!

Decent cooler.

Sure is! Cool + quiet! I was thinking maybe I should wait for the R9/7 graphics cards to come out, probably worth the wait aren't they?
