Next Upgrade Thoughts

Afternoon

Seriously considering my next upgrade as I approach the one year anniversary of this build. Despite my outdated signature, my current system is as follows:

Intel i7 4770K
8 GB Memory 1600Mhz
1 x MSI GTX 770 2GB
MSI Z87-GD65 Motherboard
Corsair Carbide 540 Case
Few SSD & HDD

I'm really toying with the idea of upgrading the GPU, but not entirely sure what my next best upgrade would be. Having 2GB of VRAM at the moment seems a bit low, but even the Titans and 780 Ti seem to only have 3GB...

Any thoughts?

What benefits will I see from faster RAM though? :p

I've thought about waiting, but I'm assuming the new 8XX range will just be rebrands of what's already available?

This is all very tempting.

I guess the only reason I have considered the upgrade is for the extra VRAM as I've heard that Watdogs has maxed out the 3GB of a 780. Is it relatively easy to clock the above mentioned 780 up to Ti speeds, and will the performance be similar?

I'm not in a big rush to upgrade the RAM, I think the performance gain will be negligible compared to a better GPU.

I guess so. There are some times when it seems a bit stuttery or doesn't do as many FPS as what I would like, but to be fair that could just be the game.

RAM is out of the question to be fair.

I only have a 850W XFX PSU at the moment but have a shed load of Seasonic and Antec 1200W+ PSU's donwstairs.

I have 2 sticks of 4. I do have another matching set of this memory downstairs now I've pulled them out of the mining rigs.

Really toying up between 2 x 780 6GB or a 780Ti...

Assuming there was no budget (there is, but I'm notoriously lenient with my budgets) what do you think the best GPU option would be?
