Next upgrade?

Hello all,

I'm after an upgrade on my PC, but don't want to spend tooooo much. Just a single item at the moment.

Specs:

ASRock 4core Dual-SATA2 (Horrible piece of rubbish)
Q6600 @ 2.3ghz (yes, the MB underclocks it.)
2gb DDR2 6400
256mb 3450

What's the next logical step? I like to game, photoshop etc

gfx card, without a doubt, 5870>5850>4890>4870 dpending on your budget

GPU will make the most effective spped boost, however the cheaper option would be RAM but for marginal gain in applications that use lots of RAM.
