*** Nexus 10 Tablet ***

I'm surprised it scored as well as it did on the Verge, they usually downscore pretty hard for lacking ecosystems (apps) and there's no doubt that Android is still really lagging in terms of tablet support. Hopefully the 10" Nexus goes some way to changing this.

It certainly looks very impressive and I can't say it has ever bothered me with regards to their being specific tablet apps. Maybe that's just me :)

I think an order for the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 and me moving on my Nexus 7 is in order!

You know why Apple refreshed the Retina iPad now don't you? They must have got a tip off back in May about the A15 Nexus 10.

The N10 was also rumoured to have a clock frequency of 2Ghz back in May when the rumours were swirling. I wonder why they dropped it to 1.7 Ghz?

Shame its taking such a beating. I think the iPad refresh surprised a lot of people, including Google and Samsung.

Now we know why it happened.

Software has a lot to do with it, as the Chromebook scored so well in most benchmarks while this is lagging behind by a lot.

I might have to re-evaluate going for Nexus 10 after seeing in those reviews that the prices are going to be $399 and $499 for the 16GB and 32GB respectively (so that's probably going to be what.. £349 and £449 here?)

I obviously realised the 10" version was going to be more expensive than the 7", but I didn't think it was going to cost me an extra £250* to get 32GB in a 10" form-factor.

*I'm basing this on the fact that the Nexus 7 sells for ~$250 in the US and ~£200 here, so my logic is telling me it will be a simple case of taking off 50 and replacing the $ sign with a £ sign for the Nexus 10. Hopefully I'm wrong and it won't be as expensive as I fear.

Official pricing is already up mate, £389 for 32gb.

Ah, cool. Didn't realise UK prices have already been confirmed! Cheers :)

That's a lot less than I feared for the 32GB then! Looks like I'll be getting it after all.
