I'm happy with the N5 atm so don't feel the need to change, does everything I want and more...

I just got a message telling me to update, but when the phone restarts after installation, it says 'error' for a few minutes and then goes back to 4.4.2

Got the 4.3.3 OTA to my N10 just now, no sign on my N5 yet though.
