Nothing here either. I wonder if it's because I sideloaded 4.4.2 rather than waited for OTA? Shouldn't make any difference should it?

I installed the 4.4.3 update yesterday and re-installed my apps again. I never had battery drain problems at all but now my battery was down to 30% after only 8 hrs of very minor use. I checked the battery use and it is Google Play services app which has used over 58%.

Has anyone else had this with the 4.4.3 update?

just sideloaded 4.4.3 using the 92mb zip from xda.
Presumably this file only contains the changes, rather than the full 440mb google firmware.

Not with 443, but with 442 the fix was:

Settings > Apps > All, then Force stop and then clear the cache (or perhaps all the data) for each of the following:
Google Play Services
Google Play Store
And I think the other is Google Services Framework

Then restart the phone. It can happen to any 4.4 device (I've had it on my Nexus 5).

Yay, the camera hiss bug is fixed for me! Here's a comparison vid I took. Don't mind the vid. I took it in a completely silent dark room as I just wanted to show audio quality, not vid quality.

Not sure if I'm imagining it or not, but is anyone finding that their battery life has improved since the 4.3.3 update?

My phone's currently on 1d 9h and still at 39%

Normally my phone is lucky to make it through a day

Battery improvements were mentioned in the update so you're probably not imagining it.

Maybe that's not a problem with Android and its the carrier
